Christina Bentley has always had a flair for fashion and a passion for color and creativity. After a great deal of research, practice and networking, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a plus size model. She is now an experienced editorial, fashion, print and fit model based in Southern California. This Creole and African American beauty started her career in 2007 with the assistance of many talented photographers including Chanel Rene, Michael Green (MLG Fotos), Inez Lewis and Kev Bailey. Since that time, she has worked with many exceptional photographers, stylists, make-up and hair artists.
With her confidence and versatile look, she has been featured on several online catalogs include cennev.com, lovefifi.com, lnchant.com, ByRoDesigns.com, plusologie.com, shesgotcurves.com, BigOnBatik.com, biggalslingerie.com Saigewear.com, Plus Size Showroom and Greater LA Woman. She was selected as a promotional model, one of the Cover Models and Model of the Month for the premiere issue of World of Curves.
This proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., has ripped the runway for celebrity and charity shows such as Divabetic, Minx Fashions, and Style III. The hazel-eyed curvy chick has been featured in various online publications including Plus Model Magazine, Venus Divas and Skorch Magazine. As public service and philanthropy is one of the cornerstones of Christina’s life, she was happy to lend her talents in the Strips Project for Breast Cancer.
When this ambitious and passionate UCLA grad is not modeling, she is running her floral design and event décor business, Scarlet Flowers Designs. She loves to incorporate flowers into her photo shoots.
In her rare spare time, Christina enjoys writing poetry, swimming and spending time with her friends and family.
This young entrepreneur has a very bright future ahead of her and we look forward to seeing more of her many talents. Knowing that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and colors, she encourages all women to love and embrace their God given bodies and talents and to pursue all dreams.
