Beginning on March 30, 2012 to April 1, 2012 New Jersey Full Figured Fashion Week will be taking place in Atlantic City, NJ at Bally’s located at 1900 Pacific Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. This three day getaway event is full of activities for everyone to participate in from musical performances by Miguel, Grammy nominated singers Melani Fiona and Eric Benet, to celebrity guests Lamman Rucker, Toccara Jones, Chelsea Settles, Michyl Collins, Kaela Humphries, Christina Mendez and more! TIFFANY BANK

Tiffany Bank is a plus-size model, actress, host and co-star of TLC’s show, BIG SEXY. She has modeled for brand names such as Liz Claiborne, Elie Tahari, Igigi and DKNY. Tiffany has walked the catwalk for designers including Monif C., Ashely Stewart, & Lane Bryant and department stores such as Macy’s, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. She has also appeared on The Today Show, Vogue Curvy, The Insider, Entertainment Tonight, The Tyra Banks Show, & Sex and the City 2. She is currently a regular contributing writer for PLUS Model Magazine and is pursuing acting & hosting.

MIGUEL

Miguel is a chart topping artist best known for is song “All I Want Is You” with J.Cole & his solo debut with “Sure Thing”. He has been nominated for a Grammy in 2011 for Best R&B song & won a Soul Train award in 2011 for Best New Artist. Miguel has worked with Ne-Yo in 2010 on Ushers Raymond v. Raymond album. Miguel has a smooth falsetto voice that is recognized everywhere. Billboard Magazine says he “offers both the sweetness of Babyface & the passion of R.Kelly.” The singer considers is style ‘electric’ and that “the best songs are the ones that show how vulnerable, how human we all are.” He will be performing at NJFFFW!

TOCCARA JONES

Toccara is a fashion model/actress and television personality. Jones was a contestant on the third season of the UPN series America’s Next Top Model. She has co-hosted an episode of 106 & Park. She was a correspondent for The Black Carpet and a co-host on the game show Take the Cake, both for the BET network. Jones has modeled for Ashley Stewart, Avon, Torrid, New York & Company, Target, Essence magazine, Vibe magazine and Smooth magazine. Her runway shows include Hot 97′s Third Annual Full Frontal Hip Hop Fashion Show, Luxe & Romance Fall 2005, BET Presents: Rip The Runway 2, Elle Girl presents Dare To Be You: Wal-Mart Meets America’s Next Top Models 2005 and Alice & Olivia Fall 2006. Jones was also selected to be part of the 2007 Rocawear ”I Will Not Lose” campaign representing the Rocawear plus-size line for full-figured females.

LAMMAN RUCKER’S

Rucker’s major role came in 2002 when he assumed the role of attorney T. Marshall Travers on the CBS soap opera As the World Turns. He left the series the following year and portrayed Garret Williams on ABC’s All My Children in 2005. He has starred in a few of Tyler Perry’s productions such as a guest role on House of Payne, the film version of Why Did I Get Married? He currently has a starring role on Perry’s second sitcom Meet the Browns.

JENE’ LUCIANI

Hailed as a “Brilliant Bra Guru” by BRAVO-TV, Jené Luciani is a nationally acclaimed fashion journalist, style expert, TV personality, spokesperson and bestselling author. Luciani recently became a “Bravo-lebrity” when she guest starred on an episode of the hit show Mad Fashion, wearing a Chris March-created dress made out of 200 bras. Aside from the national and local news outlets Jene is regularly on, her TV credits also include the Style Network’s Look for Less and How Do I Look?, Oxygen’s Jersey Couture and Discovery Channel’s Go Ahead, Make My Dinner.

MELANIE FIONA

Her debut album The Bridge was released in 2009. The second single, “It Kills Me”, became her breakout song on theBillboard Hot 100 where it entered the Top 50, along with topping the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The song earned Fiona a Grammy Award nomination for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance. The Bridge also earned her a NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding New Artist.

CHELSEA SETTLES

From the self titled reality show- Chelsea Settles, the MTV star will be hosting for New Jersey Full Figured Fashion Week. Known for struggling with her weight for the longest time and trying to pursue a career in fashion- Chelsea Settles remains as a positive influential figure in the curvy world. Staying true to herself and losing sight of who she is and where she wants to go in life, Chelsea’s struggles are all captured on camera on her hit tv show. Meet her in Atlantic City on Friday and Saturday where she will be on board as a host, panelist, and greet her fans.

MICHYL COLLINS aka MS. GLAMORSIZED

Michyl Collins is a professional plus size model that has walked in over 35 runway shows and worked with some of the top photographers in the industry. She has gone on to add event producer, blogger and modeling coach to her resume. Michyl is currently the ‘Chief Operating Officer’ for Plusforus.com which now reaches 143 countries worldwide. In 2011 she introduced her new brand “GLAMORSIZED” which she deemed “The new word to describe the fashionably full figured woman.” Michyl will be attending NJFFFW as a Celebrity Judge as well as walking the runway and modeling director for this star studded event.

ERIC BENET

He is a singer-songwriter. His duet with Tamia, “Spend My Life With You” was a number one song for three weeks on the US Billboard R&B chart and was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2000. His new single “Real Love” is said to be his best work yet with the full album to be released later this year.

AIMEE CHESHIRE

Founder and CEO of Madison Plus, the premiere online retailer for plus sized woman, will be a guest panelist for New Jersey Full Figured Fashion Week. In addition,Madison Plus is the official sponsor of New Jersey Full Figured Fashion Week.

HEATHER FEATHER

As star of TLC’s Big Sexy and with over ten years experience working as a wardrobe stylist in high fashion, Heather knows what it takes to hold breasts in their place. Yet for years she struggled to to find bras and bikinis in her own size that were supportive,fully functioning, and comfortable, so she decided to design her own line of “Bikinis and Bras for Busty Broads”, specifically for women with D cups up, so that they can wear the same sexy styles that have traditionally been designed for smaller cups. Heather will be a featured panelist and showcasing her line on Saturday’s event.

DARRIN HENSON

He is perhaps best known for his instructional dance video Darrin’s Dance Grooves (which was heavily marketed in 2001 and 2002), and for his portrayal of ex-convict Lem Van Adamson the Showtime TV series Soul Food. Henson also acted in productions such as the ABC television movie Double Platinum and the motion picture Stomp the Yard.

TAMI ROMAN

With a career spanning over 17 years in the entertainment industry, Tami is no stranger to the world of film and television. Tami was seen as a cast memberof VH1′s hit reality show “Basket Ball Wives”. Tami also worked on the syndicated vampire series MOONLIGHT.

RADIO HOST LENNY GREEN

The host of the wildly popular nationally syndicated radio show “KISSing After Dark with Lenny Green”. Lenny makes his home at the show’s flagship station, the highly rated Tri-state (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) radio station WRKS/98.7 KISS-FM. Recently syndicated by SupeRadio, Green’s weekday 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight show will soon blossom out to be heard in cities across the United States.

DJ DOC B.

DJ Doc B is one of the premiere radio supermixers and club DJs in the country. Known for his versatile mixing and high energy style, DJ Doc B keeps dance floors jumping and listeners tuned in. He is known for mixing hip-hop, reggae, Go-Go, R&B, House, Old School and the Classics. KAELA HUMPHRIES

Kaela Humphries is one of Kris Humphries’ older sisters, and sister-in-law of Kim Kardashian. She is an athlete and natural model. She has appeared on the premiere of Remodeled, a new CW series that focuses on Paul Fisher’s attempt to makeover the universe of runways, dresses and bikinis. She recently made her runway debut at the Richie Rich Presentation for New York Fashion Week S/S 2012.
